Special Meeting

March 27, 2009

*The Special Meeting was called by President Greg Decker on Tuesday, March 24^th and was in accordance with the stipulated Willow Pointe By-Laws.

I  Call to Order               Greg Decker

 The meeting was called to order at 4:05 p.m.

Attendance:  Paul Morgan, Scott Ward and Judith Schwartz, Greg Decker

II Winchester Swim Team

A motion was made by Judith Schwartz and seconded by Scott Ward to allow the Winchester Swim Team use of the Willow Pointe Pool for swim team practice between May and July, 2009 at no cost to the Swim Team+.  The motion was unanimously approved.

III  Community Maintenance

A motion was made by Judith Schwartz and seconded by Greg Decker to approve the installation and associated costs for entrance lighting at Round-Up and Jones Road.  This includes new boxes and plugs using a standard single thread light bulb and not to exceed eight hours of installation at $30/hr.  In addition, the light standard near the children’s play area needs to be stabilized.  The motion as unanimously approved.
